(一)初学者如何学会开车

　　1、必需认识车内必要的控制器的作用。脚踩的一共三个，最左边是左脚控制的离合器。中间的刹车，最右边是油门，这两个由右脚来控制控制，刹车顾名思义就是踩下之后停车，油门则是加大动力。

　　2、方向盘，逆时针是左转，顺时针是右转；可以以方向盘的正上方为基准，方向盘左转则车朝左转，方向盘右转则车朝右转，无论是向前开还是还是倒车，都是一样的方向。方向盘和自行车龙头一样，转过弯之后要朝反方向旋转回直。

　　3、转向灯，上拨为右转向灯，下拨为左转向灯，转弯之后它自己会复原，不必再操作。

　　4、档位，一般都有1,2,3,4,5个前进档和一个倒档，有些车有6个前进档或只有4个，但是一定会明确表明1,2,3,4等。在空档时，档位处于中间状态 （对于一排有1,3,5和R（即倒档）的档位，不考虑倒档），换1,2档时先左拨朝上或下，3,4档时直接拨上或下。 而对于倒档，一般要先用力把档位用力下按，让控制档往下缩进，然后再挂档。

　　5、手刹，开车时别忘了放下（关闭）手刹，停车时别忘了拉起（开启）手刹。

　　6、左右脚同时踩下离合器和刹车，放下手刹，挂上一档，用钥匙打火。松开刹车，左脚缓慢放开离合器，注意：要缓慢，因为离合器的作用是分离发动机向车轮传送动力，缓慢的松开，发动机就不至于突然把动力传送到车轮上，减少车子熄火或是突然向前冲出的可能。

　　7、关于换挡，在车速很慢时，不能换很高的档位，车速很快时不能换抵挡。只能先踩油门把车速提上，才能换高档，或是踩踩刹车，等车速慢下来再换抵挡。任何时候换挡，都要把离合器踩到底。理论上来说，换档只能一级一级的往上或往下，即要加档，要按照1->2->3->4->5的档位来换，减档要按照5->4->3->2->1的来。对于初学者，在不熟悉的情况下，严格按照这个来吧。

　　8、在空旷处感受车的行驶，换挡，转弯，同时开启转向灯等等。

(三)初学者怎样练毛笔字 教你写出好看的书法

　　选工具。初学者建议选择一个狼羊兼毫的毛笔，选笔建议选择写出5cm的毛笔。选纸建议选择七分熟的宣纸，这样写出的字体笔锋会很明显，以便学习。

　　选贴。初学者选择字帖建议选择欧阳询的，因为初学者尽量多些楷书，这样才能为以后写其他字体打基础。而欧阳询的字体好临摹，选择后就不要更改了。

(四)初学者炒鱼技巧

　　1、材料：草鱼一条，盐、料酒、番茄酱、醋、白糖、酱油、水淀粉各适量。

　　2、将鱼肉斜刀切片，放入碗中，用盐、料酒略腌备用；将番茄酱、醋、白糖、酱油、水淀粉加适量清水调成味汁。

　　3、锅置火上，放油烧至六成热，将鱼片裹上味汁，逐片放入锅中，炸至金黄色捞出、沥油。

　　4、原锅留底油加热，放入葱末、姜末、蒜末煸炒出香味，加入剩余的味汁烧开，倒入鱼片，翻炒均匀即可。

　　5、上浆是炒鱼片不烂的关键技巧之一，给鱼片上浆不仅增强鱼片的韧性，而且能让鱼片更加鲜嫩入味。具体做法就是把片好的鱼片用清水冲洗至发白，然后再沥净水分后放入容器中，加入适量盐、胡椒粉等调味料轻轻抓匀，再加一只鸡蛋的蛋清抓抓，最后加适量干淀粉抓匀，抓匀以后就放在一边腌上10～15分钟。

　　6、滑油是炒鱼片不烂的关键技巧之二，就是等鱼片腌好以后，炒锅倒油烧至4成左右的油温时，放入鱼片轻轻滑炒至发白断生，然后盛出沥油待用。等把配菜炒熟并调好味道以后，最后再下入炒好的鱼片轻轻拌匀即可出锅。

(五)初学者女生滑板教程

　　1、穿好轮滑鞋，两脚平行站立与肩同宽，两腿微屈，上体稍前倾，两臂自然下。垂。身重心移至左腿右腿稍抬起、放下。然后身重心移至右腿，左腿稍抬起、放下。反复进行练习，逐渐加快速度。
